Chelsea have been linked with a move in signing Gonzalo Higuain to Stamford Bridge this summer, according to the Mirror.
The report suggests Chelsea boss Comte is looking to strengthen the squad after a disappointing season with Alvaro Morata failing to fire the Blues to a top-four finish.

According to La Repubblica, Juventus are ready to sell Higuain this summer.
The Argentinean striker could leave Turin for a fee in the region of € 55 million and Chelsea could be open to match the player’s price-tag in case Maurizio Sarri takes over in South West London
However, the Daily Mail claims Chelsea are set to hold discussions with Napoli about the 59-year-old taking over from Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge next week.
Sarri has already agreed personal terms with Chelsea but the two parties still need to clarify the formalities and establish how much his release clause is, having left Napoli this week to pursue a move to London.
However, Higuain talked about his season: “I feel well, I had a very good season with Dybala. We won the Serie A and the Coppa Italia and Real Madrid eliminated us with a penalty kick in the last minute. We as unite as ever and we want to win the World Cup. We have a great team to reach our target.”
