Chelsea impressive left-back Marcos Alonso has reportedly been linked with a move to Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester United on several occasions since last week.

It was reported last night via Don Balon that Madrid president Florentino Perez is set to make a €60m move for the Spaniard this summer but that might fail to materialize as the defender declared his desire to remain at Stamford Bridge beyond this summer according to reports breaking out from the Blues via Daily Star.
Marcos Alonso has been one of Chelsea’s best players since joined the Blues last season. He’s performance for the Blues from the left-back position was influential in the Blues last season’s League triumph.
Barcelona are hoping to bring the 27-year-old to Camp Nou ahead of the upcoming season but the Spaniard told reporters that he is not thinking of changing club by the end of the season.
“I haven’t considered that possibility, I just try to give the best of myself to my team.” he said.
Meanwhile, the Blues have received major boost in their mission to keep their best players with the club beyond this season as Thibaut Courtois confirmed his readiness to remain at Stamford Bridge for another year irrespective of his contract status.

While speaking with Belgian TV channel Sporza, the netminder said he is happy at Chelsea and he is ready to stay till the end of his contract which will expire in 2019 summer.
