Manchester United are currently in second position on the League table and three points ahead of Chelsea who lie in fourth place. A win for Chelsea will bring them level on points with the Red Devils and they would have at least remained on top of Tottenham and Liverpool who are not cutting any slack at the moment.
Chelsea drew their Champions League tie against Barcelona on Tuesday and Man United did same against Sevilla in Spain on Wednesday night.
United have their fair share of injuries but Mourinho has quality players in all areas of his squad to be able to play Chelsea. Meanwhile, Conte has at his disposal very close to a fit squad.
However, Ray Parlour has urged Conte not to feature Fabregas this week because he is not very mobile in midfield like he used to being.
He said: “My only worry with playing Fabregas is that mobility in midfield.
“Can he get around the pitch like he used to?
“He’s a great passer on the ball.
“I know you’ve got Kante in there as well, but that midfield battle is where it’s won.
“It will be interesting to see what Jose Mourinho does.”
