According to several reports from the English outlets, Metro and The Sun, Chelsea are ready to recall the English midfielder, Mason Mount, back to the team in January to reinforce the midfield in the second half of the season after his successful loan spell at Vitesse Arnhem, which will end earlier than expected.

The reports suggest that Antonio Conte wants to recall Mason Mount and include him in the first team squad where Chelsea is having a very busy schedule in the EFL Cup, Carabao Cup, FA Cup, Champions League, and Premier League.

The English midfielder, Mason Mount, played with his national team under 19 years old category, England Under-19, and is considered one of the promising young talents in who were in Chelsea’s academy and he started five matches with his current team, Vitesse Arnhem, in the Eredivisie league where he impressed and scored three goals, and was impressing in the Europa League as well where he played in all the six matches in the group stages.

Antonio Conte seems he wants to depend on some young players this season like how he depended on the young defender, Ethan Ampadu, in some matches this season as a sub or as a starter in order to rest the key players.
